There was a thread about this a month or so ago. Some weirdness, and 
apparently OUR Shane* is contacting them personally and taking care of 
things, bringing in lawyers if necessary, etc.

One thing is they mention being inspired by "A dime novel they saw in a 
store called, 'a Fistful of Ghost Rock.'

It's an odd story...

Personally, while I'd love to see a Deadlands movie, I'd want it to 
keep to the 'basic' setting without a lot of martial arts and such. 
Mainly because I think a grounded Western with weird bits better 
represents the setting than someting using a lot of the fringe stuff... 
but what do I know?
