THe Cackler is a Harrowed from way back when the Reckoners were around
last time. He's from Merry Old England and is at the moment hanging out
in a cave in Wales waiting for word from his Familiy here in America, the
Whatelys. He'll be coming over here pretty soon. he's looking for the
reincarnation of his mother, a power black witch that died long ago when
he became harrowed. See Black Circle for more details, but they leave a
lot to be answered there too... oh God.... it just dawned on me.....
Deadlands: Europe is going to be made.... The Cackler doesn't have to
come to us... we're going to him.... perhaps he'll be the Stone of
Europe.... even though he could probably lick Stone in a Dodge City
minute.
