Hmm...well, there is some question about whether or not that matters on an
e-mail list.  If it really did then you should be attaching a (tm) or (R)
to Cardboard Heroes in your post. In addition, Cardboard Heroes(tm) isn't
proper usage.  You can only use it as Cardboard Heroes(tm) miniatures or
product.  Trademark law requires that the item trademarked not be used as a
noun.  Oh the wonderfully useless information stuffed in my brain from
doing design work for Intel and Novell.  Excuse me while I wander off
muttering to myself...*grin*.
