Actually I don't look for PC deaths to gauge the success of the adventures I
run, I prefer the look of shock and horror on the faces of the players'
faces when the poo poo hits the fan.
Killing PC's is easy, scaring the heck outa the players themselves now
that's hard.

Ahhhh... like Cthulhu modules, they just get better
with time and player deaths. :-)
