It isn't our fault that you don't have the intellect or wherewithal to learn
how to use a mailing list properly.  As far as we're concerned, you can go
to hell and diddle yourself there.

To everyone else, sorry for the flame, but he's asking for it, and I doubt
that most of the list would disagree.
