What's the running tally on how may times someone has told him how to 
remove himself from the list 5 maybe 6 times.

Seeing as I do some level of tech support for my office....

open a email compose window
	In the TO: area type esquire@gamerz.net
	DO NOT type anything in the SUBJECT
	In the BODY of the email type the following:
		unsubscribe deadlands@gamerz.net
	Click on the SEND icon in the message compose window.

Or just keep with you condescending attitude and as soon as AB sees the 
post you will get booted.
