By submitting an article to the Deadlands Resource Center [DRC] you agree that the DRC may publish the work in question on their website http://www.hang.at./deadlands/ for non-commercial use.

The submittion of an article to the DRC does in no way relinquishes the copyright held by the author.

The DRC does not challenge said copyright holdership in anyway, nor does the DRC claim ownership of the work in question.

By submitting an article to the DRC you expressly state and guarantee that the work you submit is a product of your own creation and that it does not in any way violate copyrights held by other parties over the same said piece of work.

The DRC expressly states that it does not take responsibilities for any and all copyright violations brought about through third-party submission of an article.

The DRC recognizes and respects any and all authors' copyright concerning the content and information submitted by an author and the work product it constitutes.

The DRC recognizes and respects the author's right to retract the work in question at any given time without explanation.

The DRC does not take responsibility for the content of articles submitted by third-party authors. Third party author is herewith defined as a party which is not recognized as a member of the DRC Crew as maintainers of this website.

Articles the content of which is considered offensive, tasteless, or which is in any way in violation of the rules and regulations applicable to such articles or which is considered illegal under such rules and regulations, shall be removed from the DRC website without further notification of the article in question's author.

We also do reserve the right to alter articles, if there are spelling mistakes or layout problems.

Please keep in mind that the deletion may take a few days as the DRC has just a small staff and a deletion of a submitted article has to be made manually.

The DRC does not recognize an author's right for publication of their article by allowing the submittion of articles by third-party authors in the open-source environment of the DRC.

The DRC expressly states its right to remove any and all articles submitted by third-party authors at any given time without further notice and explanation to the article in question's author. Such rights are reserved to preserve the editorial freedom of the DRC and its owners.

The DRC-Crew advices you to register as an editor by clicking here if you're planning to submit articles more often. Cause as an editor you will have a 'Personal Control Panel' from which you can upload pictures and PDF's, write articles and delete them at any time; in short you will have a direct and comfortable way to manage your articles.
