He hasn't, but he's already stated that most future Deadlands support will
be handled in the Epitaph.  Here is part of a message from Shane on that
topic.

I'd say there's some "good stuff" for the Weird West in there for everybody.
Especially, that second to last article; I hear it's really good.  ;-)
