[DL] Decision Made: Stellar-Con vs Techni-Con

Thanks to those who provided their input on my decision. I had several
people mention Stellar-Con and even MACE, that would take place later.
However, I think it would the best for me to go to Technicon since i know
the area and know that there would be a small contingent of DL players.  I
will be running an unofficial HOE game hopefully.  Still hafta work out the
details.  Also, I heard something that really solidified my decision.
Well, thanks for the input.  I hope to see some of you up there, if you can
bare the brunt of a Blacksburg March.
