[DL] Jobs

My players have expressed an interest in actually tracking their
finances in Deadlands.  Don't ask me - I'm just the Marshal.  :-)
However, this has stemmed two questions:

1) How does the Dinero Edge work?  How often can they get their Extra
Funds?

2) Does anyone have a good resource on how much jobs tend to earn?
Specifically (if there is a need for specifics), I'm looking at a
moderately good-sized city in Kansas (Dodge City), and the jobs are
high-class entertainer/whore, professional dealer, and mortician.
