 Well, there's a random encounter table at the back, which is pretty handy
 if you like that kind of thing.  And all the history is written as it was
 in 1876, rather than the way the Players' and Marshals' books do it in 1877,
 so if you're starting your game off in 1876 The Quick & the Dead is easier
 to use for background, because you don't have to extrapolate the state of
 the world in 1876, or look stuff up to see if it's happened yet.

 But apart from that there ain't much.
