AFAIK, there's no mention of Whatleys in HOE or LC.... but that doesn't 
mean they aren't wandering the wastes. A BM in LC could be VERY 
interesting, as LC seems to, at present, be pushing the 'noble 
scoundrel' concept a bit more than HOE. Could work very well, in fact...
