You halve your normal D20 initiative modifier (round up) and that's the
number of cards you get. Marshall then calls from aces down to deuces and
actions are processed in that order.
Hmmm... One thing one could do would be to reduce the value on the card by
half the modifier (round up) in the case of negative modifiers. Not only
would you get only the one card, but its value would less than it should be.
If the unlucky critter draws a deuce in the first place, well, there's just
no helping some people. Make 'em go last.
