I vote for the babies. Babies are gooood.. in the evil kind of way.

Or if not babies (it might be too steep a price for a goody-two-shoes
posse (= the best kind)), a human anyway. That way they have to track down
a baddie to use it as the ticket.

Their souls will be at stake in the games. No reason to overuse it
