All it takes to get inside is a piece of your soul.

reckon you can think of it as an ante.  You can always
win it back inside.  'Corse ifn you don't, well then I
guess you might owe some favors.  But we can talk
about the details later.  Theres a game to be played."

Have them write out a gamblers IOU and sign it in
blood.

You can (if you like) give them a lower spirit die
type (until they win thier soul back somehow).  Or
simply give them a penalty to spirit rolls.  Or just
mess w/ thier heads - and have no game effects per se.
 Just have a demon come a calling evry now and then.

"You can't say NO to ME BOY.  I got a mighty big chunk
of your mortal SOUL here."  -Hold out clenched fist. 
Light streams from between the curled fingers. 
Squeezes fist and the PC get cold all over.  Leans in
real close. -  "I reckon you owe me big time."
