I don't think Ghost rock is main focus of miners because of its high value, I thinks its the value combined with the ease of mineing and the size of the deposites. Gold is harder to find and harder to mine, so it would not be the main interest of get rich quick miners.

Just a quick thought, would ghost rock miners use non iron tools to advoid sparks, and if so How much more would they cost?
