Re: [DL] Doomtown, Gomorra, etc.



I like and dislike doomtown.

I played the CCG, still wanna play a bit, and it IS
alot of fun.

I feel overall, though, that the CCG had too much
influence on the game world.  Maybe I should take a
different perspective and be glad that they have all
sorts of different fun stuff to write about, but there
was a time (is it STILL happening) that every book
thrown out was related to Doomtown....Doomtown or
Bust, Ghostbusters, the Collegium, etc, etc...it was
kinda disheartening, esp. since I felt anything
brought up in the Collegium should have already been
addressed in Smith & Robards, the Mad Scientist core
book...

Anyone else feel similarly (or vehemently opposing) to
my opinions on the Doomtown invasion of the RPG?
