4.  With the Harrowed power Supernatural Traits, it says it raises the
ability one step per point.  So if a newly harrowed has 10 points he can go
from 1D12 to 1D12+20 if he sinks all his points into an ability?  Just
curious, maybe I'm missing something there as well.

Harrowed powers have levels 1-5, basically you increase the associated trait
by one step, i.e. d6 to d8, d8 to d10, etc. till you hit d12. Each level
after d12 adds +2 to the d12 roll. For example a harrowed has a Strength of
3d8 and takes 4 levels of Supernatural Trait. His new trait is 3d12+4.
