[DL] DLCG runtime error 430 solution found

Many of you have been unable to run the latest version of the DLCG. Mr.
Bruce Boragine has helped me to confirm Thomas Clegg's theory that it is, in
fact, a problem with users having outdated version of the Microsoft Data
Access Components (MDAC). You can download MDAC 2.7 at the URL listed below
my sig. Bruce reports that after installing this he encountered no further
problems, so this should fix the runtime Error 430 problem it seems so many
have been having. Thanks for your patience!
