As has been said, DL and WW are two separate timelines.  If you read
through the Hell on Earth material, you can piece some things together
about the DL timeline.  In DL, the Union and Confederacy are on the
Allied side.  Ike is a USA General and, I think, still Supreme Allied
Commander, Europe.  Shane dropped a little bombshell on the list long
ago that said the  Nazis had a military landing in New England (I think
-- somewhere on the Eastern Seaboard, anyway).  Personally, I'd guess
that Marshall becomes Supreme Allied Commander, North America.  The War
ends with an Atomic Bomb strike on Berlin.

Oddly, I don't recall any mention of a Pacific Front.  Perhaps the
oddness over the Maze and the situation detailed on Kang makes things
different.  China might have become a dominant power in the East rather
than Japan.
