It's much less nebulous than the method I've been using (getting the player
to pick a number from one to eighty-one, looking that number up in the Tao
Te Ching and then trying to apply the passage to the character in some way).

Actually, looking at it reminds me that I had been planning to work on my
own table like that way back in the dark and misty past, though geared more
towards connecting characters to major things in the Deadlands universe (or
simply the Marshal's campaign)...  Hmm...

Must... bargain... with... fate... for... more... free... time!  :)
