Maybe you have a new printing? Is it possible they have updated Q&D to new edition. Hmmm I don't know. Either way, we use a mish-mash of the editions in my game. I would recommend using the the one-skill-with-concentrations method for shamans and hexslingin' for that matter, it brings them more in-line with preachers. I know I'm getting off on a tangent here, but we still use the original gun speeds in our game too, I felt that giving DA revolvers two shots an action effectively handicapped gattlin' pistols.

. Thats where the confusion starts. Q&D (which is supposed to be older then GD) states in the errata that shamans just have to learn one aptitute called Rituals and can learn the specific rituals for 3 BP each (like a concentration). Now GD states that each ritual is a single aptitute and has to be learned independent of other rituals, and that you start whit highest ritual level plus guardian spirit level in favors. So did they changed the rules in GD again to the original rules and the rules as presentet in GD (which where supposed to make things a bit easyer for shamans) are not used anymore?
Okay, we come out on three. One . . . two . . . two and 3/8 . . .
