High Noon was taken down when PEG released 2nd Edition GRW.  At the time
High Noon was put up, it was looking like GRW wouldn't be making any sort
of comeback, so Shane put it on the site to appease us drooling fanboys. 
Now that the "real thing" is out, it's become obsolete.
The new Rail Wars is about $15 in paperback, and the price is worth it
for all the extra content in it as opposed to the High Noon pdf.
