i did resend my problem to shane. i sent it to orders, with the thought that
a customer service type person would handle it... i only wanted to bring it
to shane's atention, after 2 weeks passed and i received no reply to email
to orders.

BTW I'm pretty sure that Shane has said on this list, not to use the
orders email for complaints as sometimes they don't reach him.  I'd
resend your email to the aol addy that Nick posted.
