I ran Canyon o' Doom two years ago. It was an epic adventure - the town
of Cliffside was very well done - the players enjoyed themselves there.
A lot of atmosphere.
Only trouble spot is in the caves - the adventure basically is a dungeon
crawl at this point and you have to direct them through the caverns. The
stuff with the ghoul king stumped them, and they had to understand he
was the last one in Powell's expedition who survived. Running adventures
is different for everyone. I rushed through rafting on the canyon,
though - that section just takes too long to play out. Gaming one night
a week, it took about two months to run the enitre adventure.
