That's because Outlook will try to understand the attachment as the contact
info it is, and if it can not understand or convert it leave it just ignores
it. Many users on this list though use text only based e-mail clients on
which just a ton of crap is dumped to the screen or they see the winmail.dat
attachment.

I too use Outlook XP, but I have my settings set for plain text to avoid
posting in HTML or Rich Text to the list and thus see his attachments.
