Absolutely - it sells now. But its a fad.

I do not believe D&D sells because of the system - it never has.

dont be dissing cthulhu man
you dont know the powers that you bring down on your head

while i am not a fan of d20 cthulhu either
it is the gaming industry that matters
and d20 sells plain and simple
even if it is offensive to us purists
