I'm reading through the adventures in Marshal Law, and they award direct
Bounty Points instead of Fate Chips.  Should I just convert the points
back to chips (1 for White, 2 for Red, 3 for Blue, 4 for 1 White, 1
Blue, etc.), or is there a better conversion?
