Sounds like when I had a character ask if he could play a blessed/ mad 
scientist. His idea was that he glimpses some of the technology in Heaven to 
make his devices, and when he gains a dementia, it's a result of only the 
soul being able to make sense of the Divine Light (I think he's been reading 
too many Vertigo comics).

The only Blessed/ AB combo that makes sense to me would be an Buddhist Monk, 
combining the blessed and enlightened backgrounds.
