What sort of supernatural powers a

Vampires have all lot of special powers they can pick up like harrowed
powers (Think turning into wolves, bats, mists, going invisisble, resisting
daylight, that kinda thing), however these are the common powers: they can
drain blood (duh!) by grabbing hold of a character and draining wind which
then is put into their wind (Every six wind they drain causes a wound). They
can burn six wind to regain a wound. The take 2D6 damage each round they're
in the sun and can only be killed by being beheaded or shot through the
heart (Flying guillotine is the bane of vampires)
As long as vampires have sufficient "food" they can live forever. And yes
there are vampires from before the oreckoners were even sealed into the
Deadlands called Ancient Ones (They are Nosferatu though). An idea that
vampires can be around while is there a stats for Dracula. So yes it would
be possible to have a vampire from the 10th century (Wouldn't want to take
him on though). Most vampires are evil bastards, however there can be "good"
vampires (Like an undead bloodsucker can be totally good) and players can
play as vampires if they wish. I imagine the first vampires were created by
the reckoners to be an ultimately useful form of fearmonger (They can find
in society and they cause much misery, a good combination).
Anyway that's vampires in a nutshell. All this stuff is in RVC II (Which in
my humble opinion os one of the best sourcebooks in the game!). If you need
anything else just ask.
