[DL] Shootists' hexes (Chris McGlothlin)

I've been meaning to get on here & say, "Thanks, Chris" for a new hex you
have for the Shootist.  Liberated Ammo is one of the coolest new hexes I
have yet to use!

There is nothing in the world like being challenged to a duel by some
scumbag, walk out into the street, pull this hex off while doing the
staredown, & then let him get the quickdraw, & hearing, 'click! click!
click!'

I calmly pulled my two out, & did an overawe of, "You know, seems to me if
you're going to call someone out, it make sense to make sure your pistol is
loaded....."
