I think the situation is roughly similar to Geezer.  It doesn't include Bad
Eyes or Bad Ears, but they go well will that Hindrance.  In the case of Kid,
Scrawny would go well with it, but you don't have to take it.  I would
probably reduce the points for taking Scrawny by 1 since both Hindrances
include a cap on Strength.

My take on it for what it's worth.
