Remember that there is also no limit to the number of free actions you
can take (except by the GM's rulings). This means you can quick draw two
weapons at the same time, or quick draw, fan the lot and quick draw another,
all in the same round.
Plus its the only way you can make more than one (or two if you have one
in each hand) thrown weapon attacks, as you have to draw the next weapon to
be thrown.
