I beleive they make it a point in some book that there is no recorded
winner. It's one of those historic events that is still being written in
the Weird West, especially in the mini game (who would want to build upo
an army of GRW minis if its not the winning company. That's 5 companies
no one would want to play). That and the official end of the Civil War
are unwritten history in Hell on Earth.
