I have a friend who almost exclusively plays indians.  I've had several (from him and other players) I personaly find that they can be too powerful with the rules from Ghost Dancers, and too weak without them.  However if you don't all the doubling/tripling of appeasement, or alternatively don't allow them to store appeasment then they're fine.
