Ha-HA! I like! Actually in my group we have the "Stupid Chip". There's no
real affect to if, But no one wants to have their nice pile of chips
cluttered up with a paper football with insults scrawled all over it. It
applys to out of game action and speech during the section as well, such
as dropping their mini in their mountain dew or passing up a date to play
deadlands (that's actually how the chip came to be). We also call it the
"Damn Fool" chip
