I have.

I translated a bunch of classic stuff over when I did
HoE d20. All I have to say is you really have to fudge
things. Basically, know what you want the character to
be like and try to keep that when you switch over.

The rules Shane posted are a good base to work from,
but in the end you will have to tweak things to get
what you want.
