I was working on this for fun, but since nobody in my group wanted to play a 
Martial Artist, it hasn't been finished.  What I ended up doing was using 
Chi points, and making a list of possible MA powers.  Mostly, the powers 
were the list of stuff that monks get, but I also went through Oriental 
Adventures for some ideas, as well as looking in the issue of Dragon that 
had about 5 prestige classes.  I left skill points, class skills and hit 
dice alone.  I obviously havent had a chance to try it out, but I think it 
should work out rather well.
