Another thought on the subject: Martial Artists can take Medicine:
Traditional Chinese. It's not an arcane power, but it is healing. Perhaps
this is why the arcane power doesn't exist.

In my opinion, Enlightened Martial Artists *should* take Med: Trad.
Chinese. It fits the traditional view of the Martial Arts.
