I'm in agreement.  D&J is also a lot closer to where I live and work, but I
find the staff to be obnoxious.  It's worth it to me to take the 40+ minute
drive from San Jose to go to Gator.  Although it's also a 30+ minute drive,
I alternate Gator with Gamescape in Palo Alto.

When I first got into Deadlands a couple of years ago, I had to catch up on
product and my initial purchase was over $400.  This was coincidently my
first experience shopping at Gator.  When I walked up to the counter with a
stack of products that I had to peer around, Jean the Owner gave me a flat
20% discount and threw in a couple of Doomtown starters.  I've been a loyal
patron ever since.
