 If you've got the original rulebook and the likes of Hucksters and Hexes and
 Fire and Brimstone etc., then what you'd want to pick up are The Quick & the
 Dead (the worldbook that accompanies the original rulebook - it's out of
 print though, but I managed to get it online), and Tales o' Terror: 1877,
 which advances the timeline, gives a rundown on the Great Rail Wars, the
 elections, the War Between the States, and all manner of odd goings-on.

 I'd say that's what you're looking for.
