It's just those big secrets I'm after. But I don't think they're buying a
wagonload o' those books, especially when I'm not planning on running hoe.

Must keep in mind, that building an army takes time, as well as planning
the campaign and perhaps also the fake indian attack.

What was the starting point of your campaign? My campaign started from the
Christmas of 1875 in 1998 with Perditions Daughter, because I thought that
would be a good introductory adventure. 
I have to admit, that if I started a new campaign now, It would start from
the very beginning, like in 1862, with perhaps the players oblivious of
the upcoming weirdness.
