Not so much of a spoiler - but wasn't there a fiction piece in one of
the anthologies that was about Hellstromme's trip to Hell.  Don't know
which one off the top of my head.  Also I have the box sets and none of
the rest of what you have listed rings any bells, however they do sound
interesting.
