Personally, I don't think this is the correct way to handle the "issue".  If
people are so fed up with her attitude, why do people keep "taking the
bait"?  Just ignore posts which you perceive to be rude!  If she doesn't get
an answer, perhaps she'll try phrasing things more politely.
