I don't particularly think Mad Scientists are "weak", per se. They depend more on the player's imagination than any of the other Arcane Backgrounds, I think.

But what I do think is that they could definetly get some nfity edges and hindrances. I've posted a few and others posted a few- I'd like to see some discussion over MS hindrances and edges and such. Y'know, giving players some more cool options. It can't really hurt...

The more the merrier, I say.
