Reminds me of the opening scene from Time Cop...

A fellow is standing in the middle of a dirt road and a Union (I believe)
payroll wagon rumbles to a stop in front of him.  The officer demands he
clear the way.  The man refuses.  I believe he even tells the officer that
he's going to rob him.  The officer doesn't really buy it.

Suddenly, the man throws open his duster, grabs two Mac 10's slung under
each arm and opens fire.  The soldier's never had a chance.

(At least that's how *I* remember it! :-)
