         Just FYI, I can't make official rulings beyond the books I've 
actually written (and, at least for _Dead Presidents_, sometimes not even 
then), but for whatever my oft-addled memory's worth, the summary Marshal 
Eric posted was accurate.
         I don't have my Weird West stuff handy (it's given way to Lost 
Colony stuff for my next PEG job), so like Dr. Evil, "I can't actually back 
that up."
         Thanks for asking me in any event, and sorry I can't be anything 
other than lame, here.
