maximize your starting Miracles and Gifts

New Edge for Mad Scientists

Eureka!(3)

Basically it works just like the Old Hand (3) Edge found in the Hucksters &
Hexes book.

It's not much but at least it gives the Mad Scientists a little more control
of their card drawing.
