Not likely. Due to events is a certain adventure, the
North and South are currently under cease fire.
Assuming this situation continues and blossums, I'd
expect a gradual pullback of troops from the
frontlines of both borders, prisoner exchanges and a
gingerly taken path toward peace, or at least a much
less "heated" war.

This should result in a freeing up of many previously
committed Union resources. The upshot of this should
be that the Union troops will have the numbers and
equipment to drive the British from their native soil.
It's even possible that the Union might choose to
take the offensive by launching an invasion of Canada,
especially Quebec (which even in real life harbors
anti-British feeling). Given the paltry support that
the British gave to the South, I suspect that
Southerners as a whole will approve of their Northern
neighbors giving the redcoats "what for" (especially
since that reduces the chance of the Civil War
restarting). At the very least, the South will
probably remain officially neutral in such a conflict.
