I used it, but it is an optional rule.

I used it to make single actions something desirable and give them the
prevalence they had during this time period, rather than every person
carrying a double action.

Ah yes, thanks ... found it in the Law Dogs book on page 62 as you
mentioned. BUT ... is it mentioned in the PHB? or the MG at all?
Do most people use it?
